Good Morning! Love what you are doing. Your blog is getting prettier by the minute. The basket fabric is exceptionally lovely. Looks great on the dark colour of the basket.

Kim

I love them!!! You chose lovely fabrics. About the rosette...did you have to gather the ribbon or pleat it? I've been wanting to make that cosmetic bag, but I've got to find a minute to sit down & do it :)

Meredith

Oh my! How lovely! And how professional your work looks! You both have an eye for fabric too (of course you do; everything on your blog shows such good taste!) I wish I could have learned along with you. I'm hoping to start another tote bag soon (a less wonky one!)

Glad you had a great time with your mother. That kind of time is so precious.

Oh Allie, everything is so pretty. You are so very blessed to still have your dear Mom...I miss mine terribly!

Mary

Allie - you and Mom made such beautiful things, I'm impressed. Know you are missing each other so much - here's to the next time together.

Rowan

How clever you and your mom are - these are all lovely items but I especially like the needle case. Not long until the end of June when you will see her again, it's lovely when your mom is a friend as well as a parent. My Mum and I had that kind of relationship too, always had lots of fun together.

Aina

Hi Allison ! Thank you so much, you are so sweet :)
And also for reminding me to visit yur blog. So, i am impressed!! I did not knew that you could sew, and what a achievement! Yes, i know exactly what you mean, because if you make something by yourself the reward is so much better! Nothing can beat the feeling! And you should be very satisfied, i would. It all looks so LOVELY!!! And specially the sewing needle tool kit wrap from the French Inspired home. It looks fantastic. I was thinking about making one myself, but haven`t made one yet. So many project you know..Well, i am no a little bit tired, it is 24.15 here in Holland and i will soon go to bed. Enjoy rest of your weekend Allison :)

Gabrielle

I loved all your sewing project and your fabrics you chose are lovely. Is that the Waverly fabric? I bought the stripe ensemble...but haven't made my sofa pillows out of them yet..I'm just learning to sew..I did make a red ticking pillow last week with buttons and the material was cheep so I'm practicing before I get to the expensive stuff. That Romantic sewing book looks great...I think you have inspired me to seek that out...I really do need a cosmetic bag...was it hard to do? I also love FGen....I went there last year and Loved that store. I bought some linen red stripe fabric to sew another pillow for my couch...so I have lots of sewing project that need to me done..glad I've found your blog I've added you to my favorites...
