Hi Allison- glad you had a lovely time!! I love the photos of the giant cow!! And the name New Salem sounds very American-makes me think of Salem's Lot!! Looks like Evy had fun too! I'm on school holidays now for 6 weeks-yea!!! Hope you all have a lovely weekend! xx

Hello, I found your blog I believe, by way of Daisy Cottage. I have enjoyed reading your posts and looking at gorgeous photos. Have a lovely weekend!!

I really enjoy your blog... found it through Sadie Olive! That pink chenille bedspread looks so snuggly.

PS I like Snow Patrol Final Straw, too. I played the CD so much it wore out =^)

Your little one looks like a doll!
Sounds like y'all had a bunch of fun!

Lovely pics!! Adorable cute great to have time with her family and collapse exhausted after it all. Glad you had fun!

Little sleeping angel! She looks so sweet under the preety pink bedspread.

Evy is so very precious....a little angel...and isn't it great she got to meet Salem Sue...a memory she will have forever with her gr. grandfather...and all...he looked so darling, too! Gotta love grandpa's...and the wheat fields...such a calming effect they have...I loved them...just seeing them...made me think of them flowing in the light breeze...with row after row after row of golden bounty! Thanks for sharing...

Beautiful pics! My grandparents lived in North Dakota! My mom was born and raised there as well. As a kid we drove for two days straight from the east coast to visit them one summer. They lived in Jamestown and also Valley City. My Uncle was a US Marshall in Fargo! I enjoy your blog!

BEAUTIFUL pics of the wheat! And Sue of course. =-) Where in MN are you from? My college roommate was from Dawson.

Is there anything in the world cuter than a sleeping child? I don't think so. Not even your giant cow.

I mentioned you on my blog this morning.. smiles.

Your vacation sounds wonderful! North Dakota is so pretty--its truly the heartland, isn't it?

That is a big cow! Your daughter looks precious in 'movie star' sunglasses, and tucked in grandmother's sheets.

Hi Allie - I just looked at your blog for the first time in a while and was very touched by the comments you made on my birthday - what a special gift you are to me. I love you too. Also had to smile when I saw Evy with Salem Sue - I so enjoyed our time together. Glad it worked out for all of us to be in ND at the same time. Love, Mom

My that is a large cow! I love the photo of Evy sleeping - so precious!
